This limited edition print by Félix Labisse, titled L’Horloge, was published by Arte in Paris in 1980. Hand-signed and numbered in pencil from an edition of 99, it is printed on Arches paper—known for its fine texture and archival quality.

The surreal composition features a soldier in what appears to be French military attire standing atop a nude woman. He raises his gun as if about to strike, while the entire scene unfolds atop a clock frozen at 3:53. Labisse’s bold, enigmatic imagery and theatrical staging evoke deep psychological undertones and dreamlike disorientation.
