Christian's sculptures, crafted from materials such as earth, paper, plaster, and bronze, reflect influences from various cultures, including Eastern, Western, African, and American traditions. He has held solo exhibitions at institutions like the Museum Haus Lange in Krefeld and the Kunstmuseum Düsseldorf. Currently, he divides his time between New York City, Düsseldorf, Graubünden (Switzerland), and Hayama (Japan).
