A vibrant and thoughtfully presented set of four exhibition postcards published by the Royal Academy of Arts for Kerry James Marshall: The Histories. Each card reproduces a key work by Marshall, whose richly layered paintings explore Black identity, history, and everyday life with striking visual clarity and depth.

The images include a barbershop interior, a seaside scene with figures and seabirds, an intimate domestic moment on a balcony, and a lively communal gathering—together offering a compelling cross-section of Marshall’s narrative range. His signature use of silhouetted figures against luminous, carefully constructed environments is evident throughout.

Elegantly matted and housed in a warm-toned wooden frame, the arrangement creates a cohesive visual dialogue between the works while preserving their individuality. A smart, gallery-inspired presentation that brings the energy of the exhibition into a domestic setting.

Published by the Royal Academy of Arts. Framed and ready to hang.
