Vintage serigraph by Perry King, published in England in 1984 by King Graphics. This work forms part of a limited series of twelve posters celebrating Europe’s most iconic landmarks. In Rialto, King pays homage to the grandeur of Venice’s famed Rialto Bridge, translating its architectural elegance into a bold, graphic composition.

Rendered with the crisp lines and vibrant colors characteristic of serigraphy, the poster captures both the historic significance of the site and the modern design sensibility of the 1980s. As part of this collectible series, Rialto offers both decorative appeal and cultural resonance, making it a striking addition for collectors of vintage travel and architectural art. Framing available upon request.

About the Artist

Perry King

Perry King (b. 1938) is a British artist and printer, one of three brothers (Gyr, Quentin and Perry) who set up a silkscreen printing company in Sussex in 1982 under the name King Publishing. The company designed upmarket posters for art galleries and small boutique shops. The brothers negotiated the rights to works of art by new artists and photographers, as well as established artists such as Bridget Riley, Howard Hodgkin and Terry Frost. The company rebranded to King Posters by the late 1980s with the business developing into other areas including framing and product development for museum shops such as the Tate, National Gallery, Louvre, Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art. King is known for his vibrant and detailed screen-prints that capture the essence of various interior spaces. His works often feature strong colors and precise, intricate designs.
