This 1986 reproduction, printed by Art One Studios in Santa Monica, is a pre-digital, high-quality offset lithograph on heavy stock paper celebrating the creative legacy of Walt Disney. The artwork features Mickey Mouse holding a paintbrush, looking up as he finishes underlining the title The Art of Walt Disney with a bold red stroke—an iconic, playful nod to Mickey as both character and artist. Although once more widely available, Disney Studios has since restricted reproduction rights, making prints like this increasingly difficult to find. A charming and nostalgic piece, perfect for Disney collectors and admirers of classic animation art.

Born in Chicago, Disney developed an early interest in drawing and became a commercial illustrator before moving to California in the 1920s. He co-founded Disney Brothers Studio with his brother Roy and created Mickey Mouse in 1928, which became a major success.
