First edition double-page lithograph by Raoul Ubac, published on pages 4–5 of Derrière le Miroir No. 196. Issued in 1972 by Galerie Maeght in Paris, this work exemplifies Ubac’s distinctive abstract and textural approach, blending organic forms with a masterful command of line and tone. As issued, the sheet bears the original vertical fold at center, a characteristic feature of the double-page spreads in Derrière le Miroir.

This lithograph is both a striking standalone artwork and a historical artifact from one of the 20th century’s most important art publications, known for its collaborations with leading modern and postwar artists. Framing available upon request.
